Yes please do not be afraid of adding clutter. From what I remember reading on one of the polls 75% prefer houses to be precluttered and somewhat lived in.

Solar looks fantastic. Have you already navmeshed the place or are you waiting til everything is done?

As long as it doesn't drain your fps like crazy and static.

Thanks :) I'm waiting till it's all cluttered before navmeshing it. On a plus note I didn't mention this earlier but I fixed the navmesh on the spiral staircase in the keep so it works correctly now.

All of the clutter will be very practical and frugally place. To be honest most people go overboard on clutter and I don't plan to do that. I personally think correct layout and lighting do more for the space then anything else.

Also if you guys are wondering about the fps hit it's fairly non existent currently.

I thought it would look a bit better in the tamriel worldspace, plus people usually dont add any houses to the reach.

Anyway I've pretty much made no progress but I did manage to make a few things and clutter a bit.

-new fireplace. I'll need to make some toys and such for clutter since there is a lot of empty space in front of the fire.

Very impressive thus far. If I may recommend something, don't keep extending the mod too much. I understand you went from planning a sole castle to planning a new area, the latter takes substantially more time than the former. A smaller scale mod can be just as good as a large mod if it's well done.
