From the link I gave you. You need the Wrye Python 03a installer as well as the Wrye Bash 291 installed. Install Python first.

Smooth613
Glad you got everything working OP after reinstalling outside the grasps of UAC. As far as Wrye Bash goes just take your time to read the documentation, check the link PacificMorrowind posted, and again, take your time. You'll soon learn Wrye Bash is the single most useful tool when it comes to modding Oblivion. Good luck. More stuff.... \meshes\characters\_1stperson\skeleton.nif\meshes\DeadlyReflex Data\skeleton.nif\meshes\DeadlyReflex Data\Guts\skeleton.nif\meshes\DeadlyReflex Data\Skycaptains Kicker\skeleton.nifYou're still making zero sense by not stating anything but one-liners and showing files that are included in the Deadly Reflex mod. This is so far off of what was originally stated it's pointless to go on. You originally said the problem was due to Deadly Reflex but the solution is to use a "special skeleton" which now you're saying is part of the mod? Is that what you're getting at? Circular reasoning? I give up trying to understand what you're getting at.
