Mods, which ones should I download?

Hey guys I was just wondering what MODs I should download and use to make fallout new vegas better and more fun. I already beat the game once, and I am going to play through it agian. Also, I kinda need to know where to put the mods once I am done.

First of all you should probably get a hang of fomm(fallout mod manager). Then make sure you toggle archive invalidation and to get the 3GB enabler.

After that head to the files of the month category, if you would like to or just check the categories you are interested in for the most endorsed mods.
