bcofer
Also check out Bodyslide2 and it's included Outfit Studio. It includes CBBE and the UNP variants. You can build whatever body you like, and armor/outfits made for it just fit. At first it looks intimidating, but just hit one of the preview buttons, move the sliders around, and it is real clear what does what.
ilovepineapple
I personally just use vanilla. I don't really like any of the body replacers (and the ones I like most have problems or poor support for armor). I'll give a comprehensive list. Please note that most, if not all, of the links are NSFW. You have been warned. FEMALE All listed female bodies (other than maybe the CNHFs and 4uDIKS) support BBP and/or TBBP physics extensions. For all female bodies, I suggest using the skin textures here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/32986/?You should install these skin textures manually in order to choose the options you like. Just unzip it, then go to the folders of your choice to get the textures you want, and get everything you are missing from the 'shared' folders. Nude Females: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70/?This just removes female underwear. I believe it comes with its own textures. It keeps the vanilla shape, so it doesn't require armor conversions and is compatible with textures for the vanilla body. NSFW, obviously. Realistic Nude Female: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7841/?This seems to be a better version of Nude Females. It is close enough to the vanilla body shape to not need armor conversions. It comes with its own textures, and I don't know if it works with other textures, because there isn't really a description. Obviously NSFW. DIMONIZED UNP: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6709/?Perhaps the best supported body replacer, UNP is a popular choice. There are two options - default and slim. Default is a thin body with breasts and buttocks that are probably a little bit big for a woman that skinny. Slim is about the same size, but has smaller breasts and buttocks. Overall, not a bad choice. I think they look a little a little too skinny, personally, but the anatomy looks fairly natural. By default, it is NSFW, but there is a SFW optional file. UNP Blessed: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37900/?This works with almost anything made for the UNP body, so you will not have any trouble finding armor, skin textures, or anything else for it. It takes the UNP body and adds much larger, unrealistic breasts and buttocks. I don't like it, but I'm a girl. If you are into this kind of thing, well...give this mod a try. I think it comes as NSFW by default, but you can use the SFW optional file. UNPetite: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35748/?This also is supported by all of the numerous mods that work with UNP. This takes the DIMONIZED UNP and shrinks the breasts and buttocks. The proportions are almost childlike. Both NSFW and SFW versions available. CBBE: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2666/?The primary alternative to the UNP family, this mod has a similar amount of support for armor, skin, etc. mods. CBBE bodies are, in general, larger than UNP, with larger ribcages, waists, breasts, and buttocks. CBBE comes with three choices - curvy, slim, and vanilla. Vanilla tries to stay close to vanilla proportions. Curvy has large, but not entirely unrealistic, breasts and buttocks, and a larger waist and ribcage to support them. Slim has smaller breasts and buttocks and a thinner waist, but is still larger than UNP's slim option. I personally have a neck gap whenever I use CBBE, so I don't use it. I know most people don't have that problem, so it probably isn't something you have to worry about. The FOMOD gives multiple options for underwear(or lack thereof). CBBEv3M: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/13180/?This is the same as CBBE, but has larger buttocks and thighs. It has the same support as CBBE. SeveNBase: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36992/?This is a more idealized female body shape, with large breasts and buttocks, and skinny waist. It has a fair amount of support from armor mods, and is compatible with all UNP skins. NSFW and SFW versions available. CNHF 1.0: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34213/?This mod aims to be more realistic than beautiful. There are conversions of all vanilla and DLC armors, but nothing else. The armors converted for this often use a modified male version of the armor to make the armor look more practical. It has wider shoulders and hips than most other mods, and flat, toned abs. It has fairly large breasts, but there is an optional file for smaller breasts. It has normal looking buttocks. The only skin textures that can be used with this body are the two options provided by the mod - the default, and an HD version. The textures that come with it do not generally have a neck seam, but using any face texture mods can cause a neck seam. It is NSFW, but has a SFW optional file. CNHF 2.5: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44979/?This mod is based on CNHF 1.0. 2.5 adds more musculature to the body, with a heavier ribcage, thicker waist, less prominent breasts and buttocks, and more muscular arms and legs. Most vanilla and DLC armors are converted for it. As with 1.0, it isn't possible to use any skin textures other than the ones included by the mod. I personally love the shape of this mod, but any characters on the heavier side of the weight slider will have weird gaps where the hands are attached to the arms. If you can ignore that, though, I highly suggest using this. It is NSFW, but has an optional file for SFW. The SFW bra is really bizarre looking, like it is just a couple pieces of leather and cloth glued to the model. Body By Leito: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37807/?This mod also aims at being realistic, with a heavier body. It has conversions for all vanilla and DLC armors. It has a thicker waist and thicker limbs than most body replacers, and average sized breasts and buttocks. The weight slider changes shoulder width. It comes with its own textures, but I believe that it can use textures for the vanilla body. It has rather strange looking pubic hair, but unless you plan to have your character nude very much, that shouldn't be too much of an issue. Comes with SFW and NSFW options. 4uDIKs: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6667/?This mod also includes a male body replacer. The body is based on the vanilla body, and can use any textures and armors made for the vanilla body. It comes with its own textures. It is a fairly heavy body, with a fairly thick waist and very large breasts and buttocks. Comes in both SFW and NSFW. Male There are far less options for males than for females. Textures are particularly difficult to find. Fortunately, most male body mods don't change the body shape too much, so armor conversions aren't as important. I suggest SkySight Skins for male textures, which can be found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58443/?.If you use SkySight Skins with any mod that changes the foot mesh, such as Better Males, 4uDIKs, or SOS, you will need to make sure you do not overwrite the body mod's foot texture with SkySight or the feet will end up having pictures of feet on them(which is really weird and immersion breaking). Nude Males: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1947/?This just removes male underwear. I believe it comes with its own textures. It keeps the vanilla shape, so it doesn't require armor conversions and is compatible with textures for the vanilla body. NSFW, obviously. Better Males: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2488/?There are multiple options here. You don't have to worry about neck seams with males much, so feel free to grab one of the face texture packs here. You have three main options for the body - Sundracon, Favored Souls, and underwear. All three add new feet meshes, so if you use a texture intended for vanilla, you will have to replace its textures with ones from this mod in order to have the feet look right, and you might end up with seams where the feet meet the legs. The underwear only changes the feet meshes and textures and body textures. There are two styles of underwear, but the only difference is the mesh for the underwear. Only the underwear version is SFW. Favored Souls appears to be more muscular, while Sundracon is closer to the vanilla body. If you install manually, you can customize the textures and meshes that you use, which include bodybuilder meshes and textures with different amounts of body hair. Schlongs of Skyrim: (Google it. Links to the site that shall not be named can result in bans on Nexus)New male body, feet, maybe hand, and phallus meshes. There are lots of options. I'm not going to go into detail on this, because frankly, the existence of this mod disturbs me. Shape Atlas For Men: (Google it.)This adds multiple new body meshes that greatly increase the range of male body sizes. Unfortunately, the only armor conversions available are skimpy ones, and without conversions the armors will squeeze bigger characters into the vanilla shaped armors. 4uDIKs: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6667/?This mod also includes a female body replacer. The body is based on the vanilla body, and can use any textures and armors made for the vanilla body. It comes with its own textures. The body shape is very similar to the vanilla shape, but has a higher poly count. Comes in both SFW and NSFW.Perfect list. This is the most helpful information I've read so far for body replacer. Jeir
I personally just use vanilla. I don't really like any of the body replacers (and the ones I like most have problems or poor support for armor). I'll give a comprehensive list. Please note that most, if not all, of the links are NSFW. You have been warned. FEMALE CBBE: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/2666/?The most popular body mod for Skyrim, this mod has a larger amount of support for armor, skin, etc. mods. The default CBBE bodies are, in general, smaller than UNP, with smaller ribcages, waists, breasts, and buttocks, bar the 'Vanilla' body. CBBE comes with three main choices - Slim, Curvy and Vanilla, and can be 100% customisable with BodySlide. Slim has proportions fitting a natural healthy pear-shaped body. Curvy has large, but not entirely unrealistic, breasts and buttocks, similar to those of 50s pinup models. Vanilla tries to stay close to vanilla proportions. The FOMOD gives multiple options for underwear (or lack thereof). Perfect list. This is the most helpful information I've read so far for body replacer. Fixed the CBBE 'entry' for accuracy.
