Looking for mod recommendations

I, like everybody else, seem to have caught the Fallout 4 bug whose symptoms include a manic desire to replay the Fallout series. Last time I played NV, it was without mods so if anybody has suggestions as to which mods might improve gameplay/aesthetics, they would be appreciated.

Particularly if anybody knows of some nice UI modifications and ways to remove (or lessen) that pervasive yellow tint. Two of my biggest bugbears. That and the miserable face textures that made me resort to wearing a mask at all times.

 

All suggestions welcome though.

all of his guns have custom sounds and meshes. also their added to the leveled lists as well (so enemies will have them and they can be bought at shops.)

that mod has very little impact on Frame rate, and makes the world look nicer. though some texture overhauls will make it nicer as well. i recommend Blueberry nights, it makes the night time darker and even makes the pip-boy usable even necessary at times.
