Need advice on my new gaming pc.

Hello, I´ve been living in london for almost a year now, I finnally got a nice house and a nice job and thought it was time to get my pc for gaming, already have a ps3 and ps4 but I want to go back to tamriel and modding XD, and even more now with fallout 4 coming, so I wanted some advice about a pc I saw and would be great if you guys could help me.

So basically this is the base pc I was aiming for

http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/computing/desktop-pcs/desktop-pcs/pc-specialist-vortex-defensor-gaming-pc-10109320-pdt.html

I was thinking about that for now and later on change the graphic card, I have some questions also, in the specifications it says PSU IS 450 WATT but it doesn´t seem much for that graphic card, will I have problems with these two things?

In general you think it´s a good pc to play high graphic games and later on change the graphic card to a ASUS gtx 980?

Do you know any good gaming pc stores in london to get budgets and advice for custom pcs?

Thank you so much for your time and hopefully I will be back soon

EDIT: So found this one and was able to assemble parts with a nice budget. What you think?

Amp up the CPU to an i5 at least, and make sure your PSU is at least 650 watt or above.
You should always aim to have at least 100-150+ watt above what ur setup needs to account for fluctuations in the PSU.

And try not to skimp on it either, a defective PSU will easily brick ur PC.

If u got the budget, go above the 970 and go for the 980ti. Its a bit overkill for now, but u make sure ur set for at least 2-3 years from now.

Btw, go on PCpartpicker.com. It's site where u can mix and match whatever parts u want, see people's builds, and it calculates price, power requirements and even links u to sites with the cheapest offers.
Def check it out. Hope this helps.

I know its kind of a fan boy think whether you go intel vs amd but hears the deal, yes intel with do what you want it but your really dont want to OC an intel chip set mostly because of the cost. Yes AMD is the cheaper alternative, but honestly they are just as good FOR GAMING as an intel chip purely for OC purposes. With the big price difference you can splurge more on a nice GPU and the Asus Crossfire formula V is a great board.

I'm actually currently using a formula V with a AMD 8-core (AM3+ Socket) and it doesn't matter what I'm running the core runs nice and cool.

Ok so this is the new secs I´ve been checking, a little over 1000 pounds but anyway I prefer giving more money but having a good reliable computer that will last for ages. I´m going to save money for 5 months as well so some of the prices might go lower by the time I buy this.

Want ur PC to last more? Get the 980Ti and not the 980.

Trust me on this one. The Ti can blow the roof off of the Titan X, and that's a $1000 card!
You get the performance of the Titan for around $600.

Here's a benchmark:

Why am I so excited to convince you? Because reasons. Also, its the best price/performance card out there.

Yes I do want a TI, I have a 560 ti back home and I could run most games on ultra. I suppose I could save a little more money and hope the prices get lower by the time I buy the pc.
