The first pic are missing meshes, the second is a missing texture. Have a look in your DATA folder, there is a Meshes and aTexture folder inside that folder (Data) all meshes and textures should be in these two folders. Sometimes when a Mod has not been packaged properly, you will find a meshes folder INSIDE the Actual Meshes folder, and the same with the Texture folder, sometimes contains a texture folder inside of it. These folders are in the wrong PATH and the game cannot find them in-game and so as in your pictures they dont show. If you find this is the case? open the meshes folder INSIDE of Meshes, select and copy all folders and or files in there, then close the folder, which takes you back into the ACTUAL meshes folder, right click, and paste these files into this folder. if asked to overwrite, select yes. Do the same with the extra texture folder inside of Textures. This will put the files in their right PATH, and should now show up in game. I have at times had Mods that the author has FORGOTTEN to put either meshes or textures in the mod, this is pretty rare, also most of your mods seem to be older ones which should have been fixed by now if this was the case. I have not used all the mods you use, so am not 100% sure. In any case, check in your other folders for any Meshes or Textures folders inside these, I have myself by mistake picked one up and moved it into another folder along side it, easily done. In any case, there should ONLY be one Meshes and one Textures folder, These are in Data, and that is the right PATH. Also if you have DOWNLOADED the original Mods, and have them on a drive, check them to see if they follow the above Path rules, maybe one is wrong? You dont say if they were installed with a mod manager, in which case you may not have originals to check. if the Mod Author has got this wrong, it will still install wrong using a Mod manager. I hope this is clear, and helps you.

Skyshark.

I couldn't find any of the things you mentioned but I found a Marker_Error.NIF in the meshes is it suppose to be in there? And I also found ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa in the data file and also wonder if that is suppose to be there.

The Marker_Error.nif is the yellow star thing that says "WTF? I'm a missing mesh". Definitely supposed to be there. Otherwise you would never know that something was missing.

ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated.bsa is generated by OBMM, and also necessary.

This problem should be easy to track down. First figure out which mod /mods are causing the problem. What mod do you have installed that changes the guard's armor? What is supposed to be on the docks where all those Marker_Error.nif's are? You do not have many mods installed yet, so this should be pretty easy. Start with Better Cities. Note; you may not be missing ALL the textures from a given mod. A lot of mods are modular, so you can only install the bits you like. Could just be one subfolder missing.

Once you have figured out which mod you are missing textures/meshes from, see how they are packed (if you did not keep a backup the mod as it was downloaded, you will have to re-dl it). Are the textures/meshes loose folders (most common) or .bsa files? If they are loose folders, you can just copy/paste them into your mesh/texture folders (overwrite when asked), being very careful to keep the filepath correct (what skyshark was talking about). But if they are packed as .bsa files, you will need to register the .bsa's with the game. A couple options for this; renaming the .bsa, or adding a line to the .ini file. Google it, been too long since I have done this to give detailed instruction. Most mods that use .bsa files do not require this step, but some do.

Hope this helps.

I uninstalled better cities and all the missing meshes and textures were all gone so I must have installed better cities incorrectly because I did it manually. I might try installing it via obmm.
