chakaru11 Posted October 19, 2010 Share Posted October 19, 2010 The "sky city" is actually part of the "Romuska Fantasy Store" mod, but you have to play through the first dungeon to get the key to open the door to get there. If you don't want that, VanillaBeans also has an older mod called "Romuska Sky Garden" that only has the sky city and not the store mod and dungeons. But that doesn't really matter, since I've been searching for this armor mod for a while and it's nowhere to be found.
