1st is a Vampire race using moonshadow elves as a base,2nd is Moonshadow elves : http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30707 that is highly customized and last is just the Base imperial race with a little photoshop ! :turned:

The second looks like a private mash-up, the third one's tiara looks like it might be in Apachii Goddess Store. As for the race, it's a personal edit of the Gothic Breton race which you'll need to Google. The ears and race used in the actual screenshot are not publicly available, to my knowledge, but you can get similar ears in this mod pack, with the Lop Ears Elf race: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37377

The race is publicly available. I should know since I made it (or at least the first version and all the textures). It's just not available on the Nexus.
