Blood Elf, perhaps? My view on the discussion and the pic is that the hair is obviously from Beautiful People 2ch-Ed Merged SKSRENs Hair Modules.esp v0.3.1. There are 3 new textures for Moonshadow elves for beautiful People and the texture looks like other pics I saw. For the pic comes from Japan I think I might be right saying its from MBP.
