I do not know if it exists, but there is some mod that translates from Italian to English?

I need not only for the poor translation of Italian Mod for qaulche that serves giocon in English. :(

 

On tesnexus there is egg translator, I don't know if it will do what you want.

Looks like one of YangYang work but with D-Cup. You can Google for "OByangyang.7z". Maybe its still around, but I warn you, it doesn't look half good as the one on that screenshot (it must be a privat edition) and the body used for it is a custom one, so it maybe look really bad.
