Because the last time I tried to install a feminine walk (Womans Move), it affected male characters aswell. Womans Move only affects the PC, and will cause a male PC to use the feminine walk. NPCs all use the same walk animation regardless of gender, so if you replace the Vanilla walk animation with Womans Move, for example, all NPCs will use it. If you just want female NPCs to have feminine walks, I recommend you try out Sensual Walks for Female NPCs
