Open picture in Photoshop/Gimp (I use Photoshop).Adjust hue/saturation sliders (the color is heavily saturated)Adjust brightness/contrast sliders (the color is very contrasted)Apply the noise filter; gaussian/monochromatic (this picture has a slight amount of graininess added)Thanks a lot. I want to make playing as a mage more challenging - without running away and kittig, simultaneously making slow and paralyze more important.
