It was in XEO npc overhaul, but id like it on its own.i am also looking for a mod that overhaul most npcs, i cant remember the name, but i am sure it was 200mb + and was in one part, it was called something like RYO NPC overhaul or something like that...

As far as i know that race only comes with XEO if you would like it standalone your best bet would be to grab XEO and modify it so that it only replaces Argonians, just be careful you get rid of all the scripts/clean it properly.
