I agree...and it's a pity the people who are making superior content for Oblivion think they are more superior if they are the only ones who have it. Some kind of egolomania(yes...I just made that word up) :down:

 

In my case my reason was that people took what I had created and turned it into pixel porn. It made me feel really, really bad. I needed something that was mine that I knew would never be used in that way. It was naive of me at the time to think people wouldn't use my work in ways that disgust me. This is why I'm never going to share character textures again unless it is with a trusted friend. They are far too personal to me.

 

Other kinds of mods that cannot be used for porn I probably would still share, but not textures.

Im new to the whole modding thing, i finally have my character the way i want him except for a few things, He's pretty well set as far as third person goes, except for the way he runs.

I would like a mod to replace the first person animations to match those of the dmc stylish. and ill be pretty well set. any help would be much appreciated. If the mod was to be created i cant offer much but im pretty decent with photoshop for making wallpapers and signatures for forums. I can do that much at least.

Err... not to barge in on the whole "edited moonshadow elf textures that no one wants to share", but I found those once and they were OPENLY DOWNLOADABLE. Not a private mod. I can try and find those again. Please guys, don't get all mad over something that might not even be true.
