pieislol Posted July 17, 2015 Share Posted July 17, 2015 It blows my mind that Oblivion is 9 years old, and no one made a mod that makes over encumbrance work like FO3/NV/Skyrim. In other words I am requesting a mod that makes it so when you are carrying too much, rather tan getting rooted to the ground, you'd be forced to walk instead of running.
