I think it was a great dlc. i didn't like how you were linked to your companions, but otherwise quite solid. i would also recommend if you are new to the dlc, to make sure you are of at least a moderate level and have high sneak, melee, science/lockpick skills. speech is good too, but barter won't help at all.

Well.... It was, ummm, interesting. I didn't make the Veronica connection. I made it easier on myself but mostly by accident. I had the Willow mod running and since she is not an NPC that the game blocks I had her and JT along for the ride. Made things a bit easier. Oh and I bumped my carry weight us A LOT before raiding the vault. :whistling: My biggest complaint was the damn collar. AND how it just disappeared after I left the casino. And not that it matters now but I never did find all three holo emitters in the club, but after smashing 2 of them the last guard wasn't a problem. All in all it was entertaining but not the best DLC.

Oh and one more thing EXPLODIUM!! HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA

I thought the story was very good - loved the connections to Veronica, loved Elijah's obsession. Also liked some of the difficulty, even though the speakers kept killing me again and again. Forced me to play a different way than usual.

It had so much potential. I like the casino/villa, in theory. The casino was not a pre-war gem, it was poopy and deteriorated, considering a stupid cloud preserved it. I liked the idea of the ghost people, but the background story on them was pretty unstable. The note in the police station explained where them chemical suits came from, but there were A LOT of stupid ghost people, so that would never make any sense. Unless they had a chem suit for every resident of the villa. In theory, everything was cool, everything was exciting! The characters, excluding that geriatric relic of a character father elijah and also dog/god, were very good and had a lot of potential. I liked christine and dean domino so much! Obsidian has failed to deliver the immersion and careful placement of details I love so much, from Fallout 3. Somehow, the creators of this franchise, blooped their own ####.

i really liked dead money so nobody should talk s*** aout it it has awsome content and i really liked the whole thing, the only thing that i didnt like was that once u left u couldnt go back. but i would also have to admit that it was very enclosed, but i still liked the main idea of it, i do think that bethesda is capable of way better dlc's though

You really liked it, so therefore no one else should have a bad opinion about it. Does this not make sense to anyone else?

The dialouge and overall plot was great, i loved the characters, the chilling atmoshpere, the gold bars (lol), and most importantly the CHALLENGE. Too many people complain about not bringing their Anti-Material rifle with 400 explosive rounds or fat man. I thought the challenge was a breath of fresh air. 9/10 difficult yet rewarding

I'm having a hard time coming back to it. I loved the story and was not bothered by losing my gear. For me that was half the fun to say "alright, how tough am i without my superweapons and 20 stimpaks?"

The villa could have been much smaller or cut out entirely for all i care. Having to go up the stairs, through the wall, across the board, around the cloud, over the roof just to get an item was needlessly tedious. The radio was fun for about 5 min until i realized it was just a gimmick to prolong my journey

As was posted before the self destruct thing at the end was annoying because it seemed like you could avoid it but "nope here you go anyway". I didn't mind the loot tease and spent alot of time angry that I couldnt leave with it all, but that was part of the "message" of the story, and i really like when a game makes me feel something like that.

I really want to do it on my current playthrough, but i think I'll have to get a few mods to get me through the villa
