ElricOfGrans Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 I seriously doubt it exists. Minor Skills initially gain levels *very* fast, which would see you gain a lot of levels in no time. You would quickly find yourself massively out-classed by the entire game-world and have to scrap your character. This would actually worsen the pre-existing levelling problem.
