Male Khajiit skin patches

Does anyone know which mod might have caused the male Khajiit to have weird skin textures? On their bodies, the fur is in patches, and the rest is normal skin color. It seems only to be a texture issue as the skin still has the rough fur mesh. This ONLY occurs on the males; the females are fine. Does anyone know what caused this?

Even if you got the right body texture, if you're using EyeCandy body(Exnem's, HGEC, or any derived one) as female body replacer, it will happen. Because Khajiit share same foot texture(male foot texture) by default, and EyeCandy does not use any plugin to re-assign body texture(it simply replaces female foot texture and body meshes). If you stick to vanilla male body, you will see only male feet shows abnormal skin texture, but if you installed any male body replacer, since most of known body replacer use foot texture as body texture, you can see 'mangled male Khajiit skin'.

To fix this problem, make sure to use plugin(Robert's male body has such plugin and renamed male body texture to avoid that problem) to assign different foot texture per each gender.

I used some patches and mods and fixed the body texture issue. However, there is another issue. The Khajiit ears are of a different tone than the rest of the body. The difference isn't THAT bad, but it's definitely there. This new issue is not just on males, but on both genders. Has anyone else encountered this?

My first suggestion is to use BOSS and Wrye Bash, but you might also look into Slof's Better Bodies and Khajiit Texture Replacers. They are no longer on the Nexus, but look on Google for Slof's Hive.

Slof's is actually one of the mods that I used to fix my previous problem of the male Khajiit texture. Now, for my current ear problem, which folder in the game files controls that? Would deleting a selected file in that folder revert the ears back to the default or would that just cause other problems?
