None of My Face and Hair/Texture Mods are working

Alright, I have properly installed Mods such as Ren's Beauty Pack (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4431) however when I start a new game to create a character using it and select the new hair/eyes/race the face and such dissapears, this happens even when it is the only mod being loaded, anyone know why this is happening, I'm using OBMM, have Vista and the game disks

Have you installed the mod correctly? I mean, all resources(meshes and textures) should be where they should be.

I was using OBMM and created the file with both textures and meshes, although I am uncertain where the mesh folder is, I know where the Oblivion Data file is and it has a texture folder, but no mesh folder

If there is no meshes folder inside your data folder, then something is seriously wrong with your installation of Oblivion.

It's has been running just fine for me, my other Bethesda games, Fallout 3 and New Vegas, are also missing their mesh folders and run perfectly

Then they are obviously ghosted by the dreaded Windows 7/Vista UAC to a virtual folder. You should uninstall Oblivion and reinstall outside of Program Files. Somewhere like C:\Games\Oblivion.
