Rahdintimelord Posted August 8, 2015 Share Posted August 8, 2015 I am using windows 10 and modmanager for skyrim mods, and my issue is that the saves are not workin, I keep coming back to the same save.I am also have issue moving them and/ or deleting them. MotoSxorpio Posted August 9, 2015 Share Posted August 9, 2015 I installed Windows 10 from an ISO, obtained from microsoft. I did not use the EXE in the taskbar, or windows update to upgrade. It took all of 17 minutes to update my OS. My AMD raid5 works. My nvidia drivers are 353.62. I played 4 hours of Skyrim before my first crash, which I was having BEFORE my OS upgrade. SMB92 Posted October 26, 2015 Share Posted October 26, 2015 Mine runs better, i upgraded from 7 via the microsoft site (MCT). Worked clean out of the box which i didnt expect. However in recent times, surrounding the CK, I am starting to beleive there is a gjost in the machine that is haunting the CK. Weird things i cannot explain or fix via any known method or trick to man. Other than that my memory is running about 3-5% higher data rate so im happy there. ironbender800 Posted October 26, 2015 Share Posted October 26, 2015 I should add tho that as i said i did a clean install which i strongly recommend and then i followed a optimization guide. Installed needed windows 10 drivers. All windows updates. Turned off all invasive privacy settings. and disable all background apps. as well as a few other tweaks for optimal performance. Overall i honestly like it. And i was hesitant to upgrade myself. Didnt wanna learn a new OS and wasnt sure if games would work. But with a few tweaks it really feels like an improved windows 7 to me. Only downside is the privacy stuff and all the unneeded stuff it comes with.
