Remove all NPCs; Replace creatures with Raider/Fiends (Teach Me?)

Self explanitory title, but It's an Idea I had. Basically a mod that removes all npcs and replaces all creatures (expect for something like dogs or coyotes), either as a seperate or single esp.
I am also very willing to learn and carry this out myself if someone wouldn't mind have the paitence to guide me.

You can start with the official tutorials. This link deals with setting up the geck. Near the bottom are a list of tutorials for you to check out. You may want to pay special attention to Population: Monsters and NPCs. You can remove the NPCs by hand in geck or make a list of them to disable via script. I'm afraid I don't have time to teach or tutor you, but teh tutorials will cover a lot of ground.

I would also be interested in this mod, mostly so that I could replace the tunnelers in Dust with Dust's other spawns. The creatures to NPCs mod looks pretty close.

 

Edit: Just found out that replacing the tunnelers is kinda breaks the Dust story, so not looking for that anymore!
