FallOut 3 ENB Sky Bug

Okay, I've encountered a strange problem on FallOut 3. I know it has nothing to do with textures (maybe it can) but with the ENB deactivated the sky looks normal but with the ENB on it seems to create some weird effect with whatever object I look at up in the sky. It's too hard to explain but the photo will describe it all. It creates some weird ghost effect when I look at the building and look around. It happens with everything that is within sight. Tried re-installing the ENB and Midhrastic but no dice. Haven't tried installing a new ENB yet but Midhrastic is the best one for me which I like a lot so I'm not interested in the other ENB mods but if it has to be another one then so be it.

Enable ENB, go up to the top of the hill to your characters left, screen shot encompassing all of megaton's entrance and it, then post a screen shot of that.

I need to see the whole area. what that looks like is a collision wall / trigger section that covers all of megaton.

so, I want to make sure, this is visible from all angles...IF so ? I can make a patch for you.

I'm not OP but I have the same problem. It's the ENB, I've tried different presets and the problem still persist. It happens everywhere (not only in Megaton), like in the photo. Objects placed with the sky as background leave that trace behind them, that dark shadow. Reinstalling ENB, SweetFX, Nexus Mod Manager, disabling AA, anisotropic filter, water displacement, mods... Still that problem. Only disbaling sky effects on the ENB Shift+Enter menu has helped.

I would greatly appreciate it man, but I'm not sure what's the problem. I have the GOTY version btw.
