Kefkah
Hey folks, I tried looking through the support threads and did spot a couple of folks with similar problems, but nobody posted an actual fix for it.When I click on a file to download absolutely nothing happens, if I try to open it in a new tab or window, it just displays the files page again. I've had no issues in the past, but it's been a few months since I've used any of the nexus sites. I heard mention of adblockers causing problems, but I don't currently use any, so I don't know if that's the issue. If anyone could give me a hand it'd be greatly appreciated.-Kef
buddah
Try a different browser, see if that works.
Kefkah
Try a different browser, see if that works. Ahh, thanks for the reminder. Already tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE.
buddah
I have checked the IP filters and you are not blocked, it might be your firewall or security settings on your system causing the issue, or perhaps the settings on your modem/router. You may need to contact your ISP and see if they have something blocked. Buddah

Buddah I'll check my filters and such some more, but I haven't changed anything on my end since my last batch of downloads, so I'm not sure what it could be that's changed. Kefkah
Still unable to access anything, I'm pretty sure it has to do with bringing up the pop up, but bringing it up in a new tab just redirects me to the page, I've done all I can short of a reformat to try and get downloads working again. Dark0ne
It sounds like your browser, a plug-in/add-on for your browser or your security software is blocking the pop-up from coming up. I'm going to come out and say it is a config issue on your end as no one else is reporting this problem and, I like to think, lots of people would be on here complaining if it were a problem with the site! Venetica
Same problem. Can't dowload a thing. Opera shows "blank" page (plain grey background of NVNexus) when i click on a file to download it. IE just blocks up the download.UPD: looks like it has something to do with Ad Muncher program (banner-cutter) in my case. When I turn it off, everything is okay. Strange, though: it worked perfectly for quite a time with this site.In logs of Ad Muncher, blocking reason is:Removed suspected web bug [http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41053]@ KefkahTo fix this problem, just add the site directory "http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads" (or similiar pattern of another Nexus site) to the exceptions. To the exceptions in what? And for which exceptions? I'm unable to insert it with the /downloads/ extension in Chrome.

See, that's the thing, I don't have ANY ad-blockers installed, and didn't have this problem before, I've disabled any security in my browser and still can't get it to work @.@
