Stuttering Issue for Operation Anchorage Specifically?

I encountered a very strange problem with Fallout 3. Typically, i run the game at a very smooth framerate on Ultra settings, but for some reason as soon as i get into Operation Anchorage my game instantly begins stuttering. I dont think its an issue with the frame rate itself, since it runs very well at a good framerate. the problem is that it has this annoying stuttering issue, like something that happens in an online game when you have bad internet connection. problem is this is a single player game and i am having stuttering issues similar to the effects of lag. has anyone else ever encountered this issue before where only Operation Anchorage specifically stutters? is there a way to fix this?

saved game please, right at the occurrence.

that holds the information required to see what's wrong.

 

No Scriptextend applications can be Enforce during hard save of this issue. "FOSE" excluded in the saved game.

 

I can't and won't bother testing (Fose) saved games.

Vanilla games are ok.

 

specs, place where the game is installed at also effect FPS lag. Tools used, mods installed and what has been done to these mods.

 

version controls are also a problem.

@Purr4Me I PMed you my last save game. For the record, the stuttering issue started as soon as i entered the operation anchorage sim; the rest of fallout 3 runs buttery smooth without any stuttering issues. Also, here is my load order if it helps you discern the issue:

LOL. Downloading data now. I do hope you saved this using only fallout3.exe and not fose as a startup?

 

why? well...tools I use don't use nor read fose opt codes so any scripts in a saved game that contain said code will be removed, when it removes it, breaks the chain in the code and thus disqualifies the saved games data..It Can not read it.

 

secondly, I can't run the game even if I install all of those mods and include Fose..just to match preferences..why? the same reason given for format differences between versions of the game on silverloc's site.

 

keep in mind all of this...important to maintain balance...you can't change whats on that CD or The digital download /images of this game.

I use Vanilla.

now, allowing of over indulgences...shear amount of the data / overloading the games engine...limit being clean game at or just under neath 225 cut off...average of 130 or less....we shall see where the code might be bottling up at.

149 files in the load list is too many. The game becomes unstable at around 125-130 total files.

 

From the list you posted it looks like LOOT was used to make this mess. I suggest you read and follow the load orders posted on the various mod pages.

 

The mod authors know more about how their mods work than the people that put together LOOT. Follow the mod author's suggestions.

 

Also, uninstall any unused plugins. If it is in the data files, it will be loaded. Loose files are loaded before BSAs.

you aware not even xedit TES5EDIT can not load your load order ...at all?

 

so, this being the case.. Either live with the slight stuttering and complete what you started or start over with a better setup.

IT is your choice...Buttery smooth game play verses our Ideas as to what the game needs to set up like.

 

There comes a time to decide what the user wants. not what we want.......If your happy, that's what matters.

 

if you want precise information, we can do that...the results verities...a lot of things depend on the users desires....these are the limits.

@Purr4Me thanks, ill try to load my order like that as much as possible.

 

Oh and, i decided to try out the fake full screen since i heard that it improves performance. Surprisingly, all of the stuttering issues were gone...but that meant none of my mods would work since i didn't have FOSE active. Now when i ran fake full screen with FOSE, (i run it through steam) the stuttering issue is still there and the window doesn't even maximize =/ So long story short, Fake full screen fixes the stuttering issue, but it doesn't work with FOSE...

 

EDIT: It's German? Can't be, i got the game from steam and it is in english. o_O

On silverloc there is a version explicitly made for German users, you need to make sure any software you use to "tweak your game" uses German software....and targets the correct regions...the Engine is not as robust as we want it to be.

 

yes I can run any language game, but you can't mix and match a lot of stuff....just make sure we are all on the same page here.

I can figure it out...most can not.

The shots I just took are from your saved game loading up, there IS no mistake.
