TriadDraykin
Best I can isolate the issue to is when I installed DR6 and suddenly everyone is naked. I worked on getting a mod to replace this underwear as my underage brother also plays on this computer, and it's a little disturbing to find a bunch of naked bodies in the middle of the Market District all of a sudden. His way of catching my attention to let me know something's gone wrong and everyone's suddenly naked. Don't know if the Khajiit males were still misaligned at that moment, but after I cleared out a coupla saves and created a male khajiit character, his texture misaligned to the point his navel is on his right side, bottom-most rib. Only race that has this problem, all other male and females of all other races, even custom ones ( the ones that show up anyways) are normal. It doesn't matter if I create a whole new game and disable all mods, or if I load the usuals. What further information is needed to help with this? P.S. Tried Slof's claws and don't like them, but have no idea how to get rid of THEM either. Help on that would be nice, but not mandatory.
LFact
Are you using EyeCandy female body(Exnem's, or HGEC, or other derivement)? Make sure you're using plugin provided with Robert's male body(or merged it to Wrye Bash). Since Khajiit male and female share same foot texture, it can cause such problem with most of major body replacer(which use foot texture as body texture). Some body replacer, except EyeCandy, uses plugin to assign separtate skin texture per race and gender to avoid this problem.

I've tried everything you've suggested, Exnem's Eye Candy, the plugin for Robert's Male Replace mod, merged into patch, and/or HGEC, in various combinations (all at one, one or the other, so on. It seems to be there regardless of what mod/plugin is there. Here's the latest, after everything.
Hickory
and/or HGEC, in various combinations (all at one, one or the other, so on. Big mistake. Remove ALL of your attempts -- all traces -- and reinstall Robert's Male body replacer.

Remove ALL of your attempts -- all traces -- and reinstall Robert's Male body replacer. That worked, although now if I don't have a mod for the female, the khajiit female gets a bad case of pinkfoot. Can live with that, though. Thanks!
TriadDraykin
***NEW DEVELOPMENT*** I have found that the loading order between Elaborate eyes and Male Replacer is what's causing the issue. If I load Male last, then the texture works out fine. However, the eyes go wonky, as shown here, except for Orcs. If I load Eyes last, then the navel is back to it's place on the ribs. I have to choose between "googly eyes" and "navel displacement". Unless there's some way to fix this?

Elaborate Eyes changes default eye path, and Robert's male body(and some other body replacer) plugin uses default eyes. Since both plugins edit same RACE record, such confliction is inevitable. Perhaps you need to make a merged plugin to solve the problem.

Merged patch notwithstanding in the slightest, it's still causing trouble. That's Ontus Vanin, and notice Gin-Wulm's missing feet behind him. TriadDraykin
Argh! Found out what was up with Ontus. The mesh and texture for the White Mage's robe has gone missing, along with apparently whatever Gin-Wulm is wearing on his feet. Running a few things to find out what it is, because the form ID is unfortunately FF

Running a few things to find out what it is, because the form ID is unfortunately FF FF- means it's generated in-game, like dropped items or spawned actors. Just make sure you installed Clothing replacer correctly, and check if you did archive invalidation(BSA redirection is recommended).
