Help me make a fun build!

Greetings Nexus!

I've spent the last 2 weeks or so creating character builds, getting to level 20, and then quitting to make another build. It's a vicious cycle...

So I decided to reach out to everyone here to see if anyone has any unique ideas for a character. I'm using SkyRe just because I like it and Perkus was too much of a pain for me to get working.

I've done archery a ton (I do love it), hate destruction magic, and suck at RP. I love the idea of killing undead but don't want to be a "good" character.

Anyone have any ideas? Thank you all for your time if you choose to post!

How about this:

A bolt to the face:

A combat archer wearing heavy armor and uses only crossbows, but hardly sneaks expect to get the first hit.

You rely heavily on potions, but here is the twist. You can't make them, you have to buy them. This makes you go to ruins and kill more undead to get those coins. ( you can get 1000 gold with gems from a small tomb.) Alchemy makes you rich fast and levels up, but makes you weak.

Instead of fireballs, you can use runes, walls and cloaks of fire. You can reanimate undead, or summon daedra to tank for you. Use shouts to never have to sheath your crossbow.

Arcane knight:

Use enchanted heavy armor to power up your warrior that uses a bound battleaxe. Simple, fast yet flashy, there is always perks to kill undead with bound weapons in modded skill trees.

Bound fighter:

Are you a cheap person that is a hoarder? Using mage armor, healing spells, bound sword, summon shield and open lock from Lost Grimoire of Skyrim. There is no need to craft anything and you are so light you can take anything and everything. You may never need a house, upgrade armor or craft and buy potions.

Scared thief:

An upgrade of the latter, with removing bound items. Using Lost Grimoire of Skyrim transform spell, moonlight tales or vampirsim. You only fight in another monstrous form and never out of it or/ and with aid of animals or daedra if you wish. You don't have much fighting power on your own. This made you quite the sneaky weasel.

I'm strong, they are weak:

Use molag bal mace to archive your "good." deeds. Play the good quest, pick the bloody option.

The point is that you driven mad with power of the mace and you need to feed it with blood. You only trust yourself in bloody battles with the mace, other weapons won't do.

If a day, week, month or a year have passed and you didn't clear a tomb or a fort of bandits to feed the mace. Kill a good person, a family or a whole village. As time goes by, make it bloodier. As your mind sinks to oblivion and then you at last go mad, you head off to kill everyone in Skyrim.

If you are jailed, only run away with the mace. Nothing else matters in life. Visit your senpai every now and then and offer bottled blood, human meat, daedra heart or anything like that. You can cleanse yourself by becoming a follower of the nine, a father/mother or have a lot of followers.

Boombro....you are awesome! I highly applaud your imagination! These are extremely helpful, thank you for your time!

How do you come up with builds like that? I'm picturing you sitting at an old wooden table writing builds in cursive with inkband quill by candlelight while a storm rages outside. Epic stuff.

I'm a writer so it helps a bit, specially the last two.

I wanted a pure thief with a twist, so made a mage thief. While I played, it came to thought I would need to kill sooner or later, but it was not a of part my altmer nature, so I gave her another nature. She transforms into a Spriggan since they have magical powers and love the woods like her. It also thrilling to just run with your life and hide.

For the dark paladin, it was a soldier trying to redeem for all the lives she killed in the war by cleansing Skyrim from anything evil. Since she is tense, worried and tired it was easy for molag bal to force her kill the vigilant. Killing forswarn and daedra worshipper was something she wanted anyway. The mace was modded and the strongest thing I had for a while so I used for a long time. The face on it gave me the idea of the mad thing.

Bound fighter was for the legacy of the dragonborn mod, I had no house, no horse and needed all the gold to buy displays and can't spare a coin. I needed to loot everything and anything, stay tanky and end the collage questline. No need to enchant robes you can buy, get and find.

I also watch FudgeMuppet, they also have amazing builds and made the arcane knight. They are creative indeed. Skyrim blog is from where the first one came and it called demon hunter, but has smithing and alchemy.

I highly advice to be chaotic good for the dark paladin, you can use any item for the build. It the bal mace because it just fitting.
