Caerylia
Hi everyone! I'm from Manila, and I use Nexus Mod Manager to download mods. Sometimes, I download manually. I am not a premium subscriber, so I am stuck with the CDN server. It seems that my download speed is capped at 20 kbps, and it's taking like two hours o to completely download a 40 MB file. I used to be able to download around 200 kbps, but now this is very rare. It's regularly below 20 kbps. Can anyone tell me if I have to be premium to remove this cap? Thank you, and great day. Boombro
There is no cap on downloads of any kinds for normal users. Are you sure it only the nexus?
Roscaria
http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2257534-slow-download-speeds-please-use-our-download-speed-diagnoser/ Apparently a few users are getting slow speeds so Nexus have requested they use this download speed diagnoser to find out why this is happening. Caerylia
Thank you. It seems that the nexus download diagnoser file is no longer around, though. And yes, I am sure it's only on Nexus. I usually have to ask my husband to reupload the files that I want to download in a private dropbox just so I can download them. I would really be happy to get suggestions or a link where I can download the speed diagnoser, too.
