Banging sound inside buildings

I not sure what I did wrong but everytime I go inside a building I keep hearing what sounds like metal items banging together or being dropped. Can anyone help?

Seems it only happens when I am near a npc that's doing something like reading, sitting, swiping, ect. When npc's are doing nothing I don't hear nothing.

Sounds like you're getting the Dwemer ruin sounds in other buildings. I'd look at any mods you have which affect those ruins or interior sounds. That's my best guess.

it was problem with CoT interiors, so had to turn RL interiors back on.
