proconsu1 Posted March 26, 2011 Share Posted March 26, 2011 When not near a workbench you cannot repair anything beyond 75% of its max condition. Repair parts are just substitutes for having another item of the same type to use for spares, so they do not have any effect on how much you can repair anything.
