Ok, but what do all these CUO_<cityname> do?

Its just a "city overhaul", It adds some minor quests (all inside the city), NPCs and NPC houses/stories, people go to church on sunedas... And a Chorrol mining company. Just an inmmersion mod. (Yes, it modifies Chorrol's terrain by lowering it's heigth where some of the new houses are).

The barvil one adds houses in the river zone and the Leyawiin one adds an imperial fort near it (It's the only one which actually modifies the outside world), but this one isn't having any of these issues. It might be something mod related, I'll try to contact the original modder. Still, I'm curious on why this happened all of a sudden.

 

 

Is your Bashed Patch built correctly, incorporating all of the necessary tags?

I built it following this guide:

It's my first time doing it, so I might have screwed something up. Anyway, deactivating the bashed patch and reactivating the esps alonedont do anything.

 

PS.: It's not a complete solution, but Land Magic (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30519) has really helped me with a lot of this minor holes that were appearing.

Well it seems pretty plain to me that it's thos CUOxxx plugins altering the city that's the issue here, as that is where you are having problems. Have you tried disabling those. and CURP?

 

I have a canned guide to building a Bashed Patch -- that pictorial guide has some out of date information. It is no longer necessary to right click and 'Mark Mergable' in Wrye Bash, as it's done automatically, for example. Here is my guide:

 

 

 

When you press 'Rebuild Patch', make sure that you check the following:

 

Merge Patches

Import ... [Go through each 'import' option and if there's a mod, not csv in the right window, check it, and the Import... option.]

Cobl Catalogs [ONLY if you use Cobl]

Contents Checker

Leveled Lists

Race Records

SEWorld Tests [ONLY if you have Shivering Isles installed]

 

The Globals and Tweaks are optional, but should not be checked unless you know what you are doing, and should be left alone while you are troubleshooting. Everything else should be left unchecked UNLESS you know that you need it.

with regards to your terrain issues, there's a seemingly little known "mod" called LAND MAGIC that i think might solve your problems.

it's pretty safe to try, as if you don't like what it changes, all you have to do is deactivate the esp.

i' havn't tried DIVERSE WATER LIFE, but i am running ALIVE WATERS and am pretty happy with it.

Sorry, i haven't been able to log in for some time...

 

Regarding that CUO problem, i decided to uninstall the mod, and using Land Magic has put an end to the last remnants of my terrain cliping problems. So far I haven't

had any more incompatibilities, and everything seems to work just fine, except for those common CTD when trying to load a game from a different cell.

 

Thank you for the help provided and hope you keep up the good work, you really helped me a lot!
