JamesAfloat
People, I've been Amazed with the response to my first announcements. Testers have been so helpful, and anyone who wants to jump in for the last little bit his completely welcome--would love to have you! PM me. I really hope this mod is gonna be Something Else, and after release I intend to stay active for a few months (though a little less intensely) to deal with bugs that will come up and make it as smooth a gaming experience as possible.Since the response has been so great I wanted to "leak" some game screens on imgur. Here they are: http://imgur.com/gallery/KGIYR Comments, theories, and expressions of excitement are encouraged. HONEST HEARTS REBORNWatch the Official Trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZuIavblj78&feature=youtu.be Watch the Teaser Trailer here: https://youtu.be/Sod619vcTXk Description: Despite its beautiful setting in Zion National Park and the incredible story of Joshua Graham, Honest Hearts has generally been regarded as more disappointing than successful. (I mean, you meet the most badass warrior in the wasteland then he asks you to go find walkie-talkies??) Honest Hearts Reborn is a canon-replacing story that tells a new story of Joshua Graham. When the Courier's caravan to New Canaan is hijacked in Zion by the Legion, the Courier is taken prisoner by a sadistic Legion commander named Livius, who forces the Courier to help him find the Burned Man. The Courier's journey will lead him to the highest cliff in Zion's, and to meet and influence the Burned Man himself.Stuff that's in it:A DLC-length questline defined by character choice, written by award-winning playwright Ted S. Bushman (me)30-plus voiced NPCs voiced by an incredible cast of actors (my actor friends)3 new companionsa revamped, teeming Zion Canyon full of new factions including Livius' Legion, the Bloodstone Tribe, the Burned Ones, the Highlander Mutants, and the mysterious and faithful New Canaanites.exactly what you want to be playing before Fallout 4 comes out - literary, thoughtful, meaningful crap and also shootingWhat you gotta have: Fallout: New Vegas base game Honest HeartsPlanned to drop next week, ~September 15th-18th. WotansGlory
I quite like how this is starting to look. Is there multiple quest lines? One thing I disliked about Honest Hearts is that there was no way to side with the White Legs against Graham. Actually for my frumentarri Mod I'm working on a quest where you kill Graham, but I might have to scrap that as your mod is looking much better. Anyways I'm quite excited for this mod to be released

obowon1
How does this work with a legion character? As in a courier that serves the legion?
JamesAfloat
Thanks for the feedback! There are multiple endings and branching questlines. I don't want to give any spoilers because (I think) it's pretty cool, but the Courier begins his journey into Zion by being captured by Legion and forced to work for them (or he chooses to voluntarily, if he is Legion affiliated) looking for Graham. From there the player has lots of choices about who to side with and who to side against. For the original release (this week or next) there will not be a completed anti-Graham ending, but one MIGHT be added in one of the later patches that I'm planning through December. (Those patches will hopefully include some new areas and combat encounters, unique armor, weapons, and character models for Tribal Mutants and the Bloodstone Watchers, and the betrayal questline.) I announced tomorrow as the release date, but oh my gosh guys and gals my life just got insane. Some crazy professional opportunities and personal things to catch up with have leapt upon me, so I hope I can release next week. Wotans the frumentarii mod sounds cool. Look forward to checking it out if you go through with it.
