Textures, sound are all weird

it works normally when I load into the game, but about 10 sec later these big red exclamation marks show up and I have no sound, and I can't exit the game, because ESC wont make the menu show up. I have archive invalidation invalidated+with the bsa and 4gb patcher so I have no idea what's happening.

About 15 files too many in your load order. De-activate at least 15 plugins and try again.

 

Just an FYI, the ! in the red shapes is the error that is shown when there is a missing mesh, not texture.

There is a point in the Fallout games (due to how the engine works) that the game simply breaks or starts to fall apart once too many files are being loaded. The max is about 135 files based on what I have read, and anything after that will cause problems. There is no way to get around it.

The only way would be to use one of the tools available to merge some of the like mods. The only one I am familiar with is FNVEdit. Make sure you know what you are doing when merging mods or you could break the game.

 

Otherwise, no, there is no way around it. It is a limitation of the game. You can only add so much. You can't put 10 pounds of manure into a 5 pound bag.

Well there is but it can be a pain. Merging mods, usually the lesser involved mods. I've had recipes, scripts, etc disappear so I stick to mods that generally are small like I merged several mods into a single esp from 6 to 1, Casino unban, Faster terminals, perk every level, wild wasteland integrated, no anti cheat timer for casino's (I despised waiting 60sec to retry a slot machine roll XD) etc. But It looks like you have several single weapon mods might look at merging.
