If you're curious, you may take a look at all of the others:http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/searchresults/?src_order=2&src_sort=0&src_view=1&src_tab=1&src_language=0&src_showadult=1&ignoreCF=0&page=533&pUp=1# The mods released prior to FO:NV's release was probably because everyone knew it was on the same engine as Fallout 3 - so the file structure was going to be exactly the same. Thus, mods that worked on Fallout 3 should work in FO:NV. Similar principles can be applied to FO4 using an upgraded version of Skyrim's engine.
