M48A5
You have used LOOT to sort your load order and have a game that crashes. I have never used anything but B.O.S.S. and common sense to sort my load order. I currently have over 100 mods in my load order and texture mods that do not show up in the load order and I have a stable game. The choice is entirely yours. I have never used anything but B.O.S.S. and common sense to sort my load order. I currently have over 100 mods in my load order and texture mods that do not show up in the load order and I have a stable game. The choice is entirely yours. i use 130 + mods with LOOT been playing since September 9th with out a single crash, I play every day for hours on end, usually any where from 4-6 hours. My FPS is 60 inside and 40-45 outside. What you fail to understand much like many other people is this. BOSS has NOT been updated since May 2014. That means that EVERY single mod that had been released since then will not be included in BOSS's sorting routines. Wrinklyninja, the author of both BOSS and LOOT, spent 2 weeks helping me get loot to run on my computer because there was an error that prevented it from retrieving the master list. I Have used LOOT only since then on all 3 of my games - Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas, and Fallout 3, and NONE of them crash, EVER.
gromulos
I all ready had that all set up, and followed your guide step by step, still nothing works At this point i think you should verify your cache through steam, it sounds like maybe it might be a bad INI which no matter how many people help you as long as your INI(s) are bad you are going to continue to crash. PhoenixKid56
I did just that, and it still crashes...what doI so now?
gromulos
ok as for the orange mod, you need to follow Appendix 1 in my guide, step by step as for the rest, i honestly think you are either missing a patch file - fixed by reading the description pages for each mod, usually, OR you have 2 mods conflicting - fixed by following the section in my guide by ---> 2) Oubliette

PhoenixKid56
So I used Wrye Bash multiple times, all green checks and boxes, used FO3Edit multiple times, no errors occur, used LOOT to organize it, no error messages, checked the integrity of the game, it went ina nd I used loot again. But as I exit the vault I still crash, what could possibly be wrong for this to occur? Should I just uninstall everything, delete all fo the data in FO3, reinstall it and the mods, then see what happens?
M48A5
" I used loot again" LOOT does not sort Fallout 3 mods correctly. This is all that I have to say on the subject. Good luck with your game. Edited October 19, 2015 by M48A5
