DAITools Suite Loader HTML Link is Broken

EDIT: Especially since this just happened when I tried to follow the hyperlink this time;

EDIT 2: Okay, I found the install instructions anyway, and I only have one more question; does it matter where how I place/name the folder with my mods, or can the folder be anywhere as long as all the mods are downloaded into it?

 

EDIT 3: After experimenting, I have answered my own question; no, it does not seem to matter where the file is or what its name is. Thank you for your patience, readers.
