Death_Penalty
I am need a nice little home somewhere, preferably not in the middle of nowhere (durn Telvanni)But unfortunately, there are many many house mods and I'm a bit muddled...So I'm looking for any comments, feedback, or general banter about which house mods you think are excellent.I also do not want some sort of unrealistic this-closet-holds-all or new-cheating-weapons-here type of home.
Master Gracey
A few of my favs: Island Estate - a great island with a (very) small mini-quest. Not really much of a quest at all. The house itself is beautiful. You get a recall ring that will teleport you to the island or to Seyda Neen, whichever you prefer (for quick house access). Only one problem: IT'S INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE OFFICIAL SEIGE AT FIREMOTH PLUGIN!!! If you had the two loaded together, Island Estate would be right in the middle of the fort. Abandoned Flat - a great house, but you'll need to tweak it to make it work with Tribunal. Problem is that the two quests that come with the house end up rearranging items in the Greeting 1 tab. That causes the infinite "Goodbye" loop when you go to kill the head of a certain organization in Tribunal (I'll not be more specific in case you haven't played it). But once you fix the error in the CS, Abandoned Flat is not far from perfect. Anastasio The Great's Hideout - Stunning beauty, hidden secrets and a personal museum aren't the only treasures awaiting you at Anastasio's. There's enough storage here to last you awhile and is conveniently located. Darkstone Manor - a rather dark and foreboding Gothic cathedral-esque house, situated in a dark and foreboding corridor that's easy to reach, yet not easily found. It does, for those who wish to use it, put a teleporting door in Seyda Neen. The door looks stupid, so open up CS and do with it what you wish. The interior holds a good number of surprises, and some cool new models and textures to boot. Requires Tribunal. One (incredible) room contains teleporters to many important locations, but if you consider that cheating, then just don't use them.

Admiral
I find that when I want a house I just make my own, this way it has everything I want in it. I just find it easier that way.
SothThe69th
Private Mobile Base is good (if a bit spendy.), but hard to navigate. I'm currently using Wolf Manor (Which, I should mention, I am slowly but surely closing in on filling to the brim.), which would've been quite a bit better if they had had some female guards in there somewhere, the armor the guards wear is great, and I know it has both genders, so hook me up! wesaynothin
Balmora Fish House! Balmora Fish House! The house it's self isn't large, (one-room Bitter coast shack) But it has a nice boathouse, an open cook area, and a large amount of storage! (no way to display though...) Comes with enough, and no uber items.
Jinn-Roh
I like my Japanese house. Its extremely close to vivec but its got uber storage and all kinds of other stuff. its even got a dojo and a koi pond(very cool). Plus all kinds of japanese weapons. thats my personal favorite. no uber strong items or weapons or anything. Just clothes, weapons, and a full set of authentic Samurai armor. Very cool. Baphomet
I love Abandoned Flat... Close to Vivec (fast travel, services etc.), but not TOO close. No uber weapons or anything but plenty of space, alchemy lab, training facilities, etc. You might want to check out Morrowind Abodes for housing plug-ins... They have quite the selection to choose from: http://mindhook.com/morrowindabodes/
