furiousmittens
If i start a game, I can go anywhere I want, open crates, change my armor, ride a horse kill and loot, shoot spells, get attacked, go to sleep, etc. The ONLY thing I can't do is talk to ANY NPC's. Zero. If I do that the game crashes. I have turned off all of my mods, same thing. I reinstalled the game, same thing. Reinstalled OBSE, same thing. I ran it without OBSE and it worked fine, but I don't get my mods that way. Any suggestions? It worked fine last month, but I took a break for a while and came back to this... :(
LFact
What is your mod loading order? And do you have any OBSE plugin?

Now delete the \Oblivion\Data\OBSE\ folder and then reinstall the newly downloaded OBSE (overwriting originals) and plugin files.
