That's a, um, very interesting mod list. But please post mod lists according to this:

I noticed you're using XEO:

1. XEO replaces almost all vanilla NPCs(including SI ones) with those from (duplicated)custom races. So they will retain same voices, same dialogue lines, but their races are custom ones, not stock ones.

2. Also it may change stock races to use its own eyes(Note: XEO uses Ren's eye meshes, IIRC) and hairs, you can have problem with other RACE record changing mods.

Another tip. If BOSS tells you to update a mod, it's a good idea to update it. BOSS is almost always right. Do anything it tells you.
