But removing it or using patch other then OSPS-BC_IC-II_UL-II_Patch doesn't fix it. It's also not Dulan cult and not Ruined Tailed tail since removing them doen't fix anything. In Bash > Saves tab > right-click on Save file > List Masters To find plugins which could be the culprit use TES4Edit, load all active files, expand a plugin affecting the Imperial Isle (like the Unique Landscapes one) and look for conflicts.
