MotoSxorpio
So...me "upgrading" was just a way for MS to sample the herd?Just another victim fallen in to the corporate traps "Correct" mooooo! LOL. I ain't a victim. Nor part of the herd. Yall wanna try something under windows to connect to your "device"? Try Andyroid. You can run it under VM (for those like me and Purr) or dual boot it...just stick a drive on your mainframe and pick that one for the install... Purr, +1 from me (65! now). Always appreciate your input. I see you everywhere it counts when info or data is needed for something relating modding at least the TES series and now here you are pointedly and accurately whipping up some answers for me that I didn't find. Hoorah. Thank you.
Purr4me
Your most welcome and thanks. we need to contact some graphics gurus to rewrite some Intel variables , I have license to sign the drivers IF they are good enough. I won't sign sloppy work. those I will submit to MS updates people so all can benefit. But, current market trends point in other directions. There is a lot more going on with this one game, some body really dropped the ball here. windows just killed this application .How far does it reach? So, I'm off to adobe tech to see into this problem now, paused my running Fo4..yeah, on this piece of junk, I got it to run, just waitng for the next "ball" of fun to hit the wall.http://s26.postimg.org/wpcd17yix/Adobe_flash.jpg

Purr4me
searched and found what appears to be the very same mistake done over again of previous games. To the OP here. due to interconnections across the board for all systems xbox software is the key issue' Now, I have no way to confirm this is true so I'll provide the link.Note" in the steam application, there is a tools app, in the tools applications, there is an sdk for xbox (Source SDK).Or you can download the packages directly from Microsoft web servers. the point here is, the engine for fallout 4 IS 64bit but all other asest found are all 32bit. windows 10 ; 8.1 ; and 7 6bit hold these files...all listed as 4/4/2007 date stamps. the two files listed on the post there are not in this games source so they are not installed by steam.(x3daudio1_7.dll ,xinput1_3.dll) and I bet thers more to it too. once before I ran into this issue but this w10 and signed data adds a new twist / wrinkle to the mess.(http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1544602-not-launching-after-clicking-play-in-launcher/?do=findComment&comment=24472186) some one with issue that has the same problem here needs to verify the fix with all hardware's in use, not Just Intel.
