I would very much like more versatile cave architecture. You're not allowed much creativity in how to assemble it...

Ability for mods to change fields, rather than having to replace entire records.

Now we are getting somewhere.

I would like an option to display the player's current bounty on the screen at all times.

Uh oh, two steps forward and one step back. In my opinion it is not very constructive and somewhat counter productive to ask Bethesda to integrate every little alteration we have modded into the game. Why should they waste their resources when we could easily add the little details ourselves. Given the evolution of TES modding in the past six years or so it is quite obvious that BethSoft will be counting on us to round out the game and show them what we desire for VI. I think that Bethesda will concentrate on story and moddability this time around, and why not? With the modding community they have enabled, they receive an endless source of feedback on the currently integrated systems as well as a broad spectrum of programmers to recruit to their payroll. Chances are we have grown way beyond their expectations and chances are even greater that they will grasp that and run with it.

Now, having said that here are my suggestions to Bethesda that will improve the moddability of TES V

1 - The ability to create and use custom skeletons for races. That way we can have TRUE beast races. Also an integrated system allowing us to easily add them to the game.

2 - The ability to create new skills and possibly new attributes

3 - Lots of empty slots available for animations so we don't have to write over existing ones when creating new weapon types

4 - A few extra unused bip slots would be a lot to ask I know, but how about the ability to split existing ones.

5 - The ability to import and export mod data integrated into the CS

This is just off the top of my head, but you see where I'm going with this.

As for you CoolCat6, their are several mods for Oblivion that do what you want. Here is the one I like best. You can find others if this one's cell buffer purge conflicts with something else you may have. I suggest doing an advanced search in descriptions for "bounty". That should turn up all the available mods for that particular feature. Good luck and happy modding.

AI? They (and all games ever) don't actually have AI; they have pseudo-AI. How much can you expect from that? I will say, however, that Oblivion has some of the best pseudo-AI I've ever seen despite its shortcomings. Now if Bethesda actually created AI...well...they won't bother with TES V anyways! :D
