Fligh
Does anybody know how I can fix this? I have already done a thorough uninstallation of all nvidia drivers and did a clean reinstall the latest one and that didn't work... I'm so frustrated with this

KiCHo666
If you are using windowed mode, or bordeless windowed, then changes in nVidia control panel will not take any effect. It only works in full screen mode.
teiscodelray
What about Nvidia Inspector,,will those settings hold in windowed mode?
KiCHo666
Nope, it's the same as nvidia control panel. It just goes more deeper into driver options.

Zzyxzz
I'm using the nvidia inspector and it works fine. All changes get applied, while in windowed/borderless mode. I'm using framelock, pre-rendered and adaptive vsync.
