DeathNinjaBlackPenis
I'm enjoying Fallout 4 but I can't f*#@ing stand the HUD so anyone with modding experience how difficult would it be to re-do the HUD to match Fallout 3/NV? By HUD I simply mean this kind of stuff; the HP, the compass, the AP, the ammo count and the crosshair. Stuff that pops up like XP and the old enemy HP bar would be nice too. frayedcheese
I'd also like the old inventory menu for barter and looting. Maybe a F3/NV Pipboy inteface too, the F4 pipboy is very controller friendly.
Mofakin
To difficult, and specially to expensive for most, since you'd probably need a subscription to Adobe's CC.

Sure, once any of the UI wizards crack's the code, FOSE team will act accordingly. However, I'm aware that you can entirely modifie the UI by solely using flash files. Reason why they utilized SKSE in Skyrim was because not anyone can afford flash tools. Coding AS is also much more difficult then coding Papyrus.
