Deleted3507349User
Get thyself a Steam controller. Having it use a standard gamepad config but with the right pad set to Mouse Joystick (which emulates a trackball to your thumb but the game still thinks it's a joystick) is just sooooo nice. All the convenience of a gamepad and all the accuracy of a trackball, me likey! I even have my config set up where I can use the command console with the controller, although admittedly the onscreen keyboard isn't as easy to use for me as a real keyboard. Deleted3507349User
In Fallout4Prefs.ini in the [CONTROLS] section there's a line called "fGamepadHeadingSensitivity". Maybe fiddling with that will do something for you. Good luck.
