ect301fps
Over my spring break and having too much time doing nothing (I live in a desert), I got into the mods and such that exponentially increase the amount of fun that is to be had in Oblivion. After implementing some mods to create some various themed characters, I thought that I'd be ready to rock. Well, as soon as I got into combat and my character was yelling a plain "Ahh!" instead of "Zanzuwatachi!", I realized something needed to be done. I have particular characters in mind which I don't think obtaining their original voices will be a problem, but I need help implementing it into the game. 1) I can manually record the sounds off of my PSP (which has audio out), so I was wondering if there was a paricular program I should use.2) What format does it have to be in? If Oblivion is only compatible with some wierd file type, how would I go about recording/comverting it to that?3) How would I go about inplementing the sound into my character? 21603
I'm not sure if you would ever be able to upload the mod (legal issues), but if it's just for personal use, then as far as I know the files only need to be mp3. The CS can record voice files and saves them in the correct folders, but it saves them as .wav files.
Sypron
1) I would use Audacity. I don't know if its actually a good program, but I use it, its free and reletively simple to learn the basics.2) Standard mp3 will do.3) I don't know how you will, but I know it IS possible. Talk to a guy named Endrek Sar, he has done a mod that changes your ingame battle cries. I think he did it by accident, but if anyone know how, its him.
