My pip boy shows that all my settlements are low on resources, which is not actually the case. When I travel to the settlement however the stats are back to normal and happiness goes back up. This bug has lowered Sancutary Hill's happiness from 80 to 45 since. Bethesda, patch this s***, I spent too much time on these settlements. Lisnpuppy Posted November 19, 2015 Share Posted November 19, 2015 I've seen this all over the web on all consoles and PC so its a wide spread bug. Mine shows power as red when I am in the settlement but I have power all over and connected to pylons and everything is connected with the proper amount of current...still shows red but everything works and everyone is happy so for now I am just pretending.
