No its not its bethesda probelm since they make a big ass buggy game and 20% of the people i know that have got the game have ask Steam to get there money back thats how bad it is. And thats where Downloading new textures comes in get HD textures that take less space and still look as good wil give you better FPS the probelm with this games is they have 2-4K shitty looking textures and its take to long to get them so the FPS gonna get all f*#@ so Downloading new HD textures that is not as big wil make the pc faster to get those textures and it wil improve your FPS in the game.

keybinding can be chance now with a mod and i seen som UI mods as well about the NPCs walking away from quest i have not seen that yet and i been playing for 63 hours

even poeple that have pc's that can outrun the game have FPS problem on ultra and maybe they dont want to play on medium/low so that why they ask but idk why they have to make a new thread everytime since it been awser so many times now.

Games dont use as much CPU today as they do GPU its better to save on the CPU and get a good GPU and fast RAM

what mod i would like to see? one mod i like to see is the settlement stats got move from the pip-boy to the map so when you musover a settlement then you can see the stats there also some crafting mods could be nice also since im a furry some full-body furry Skins mod could be really nice ^_^.

i have 2x 680 running with about 50 - 60 FPS.

mine do the same. what i want to see is a mod that does so i can see the stats when i have my muse on the settlement and not in the pip-boy.

i been playing for 59 hours and i did shoot a helo down but i have not join them yet so idk but when i meet them in the city they dont shoot at me so idk.

I think is funny how people get FPS dips that low when i never see min go under 50 and never over 62 ^_^ and thats without the FPS luck. my advise is go out and finde small HD texture mod so you get less lag because many og the texture is 2 - 4k and look like s*** you can find 1k that looks as good and make it run better.

would it not be easyer to say that fallout is one big bug >_< hehe all the bugs i can remember atm is already on the list

if you use Nvidia then use Inspector to get past the framerate lock problem without getting the Fast speed when lockpicking that what i did not that it really matters because i cant run over 60 FPS anyway im around 55 - 62 FPS with 2x GeForce GTX 680 in sli mode

For what i knows it don't have anything to do with your GPU Driver one thing you need to check is if your Folder is in read only mode because min was so i couldn't edit the files there is 2 way to deal with it. make the folder to not only Read mode. open the file save it on desktop and copy, paste it to the folder and overwrite the old one.also follow this to make sure its done right and remember it don't work for .esp there you need to do a little more then just edit the ini files. its funny how many in here make new post about the same question have you watch Gopher video. Also the folder should be in your DATA folder in your Fallout 4 Folder and look like this.

a link to the mod would be nice so we know what mod you are talking about. but my guess is you dont need anything just put the command in to the console and then good to go but i cant be sure before i see what mod you are talking about.

now we talk about textures folder should that folder be with big or Smal T i see some make them with bit T and some with Small t since every folder is with small so i have made my folder with a small t idk if it does a difference but just want to make sure

The high mouse speed movement when lockpicking is when you have turn off force Framerate lock it goes nomal as soon you turn force Framerate lock on again and i hear people with a really high FPS have a lot of Framerate problem when it turn off not only lockpicking but other stuff too.

i have now been playing it for like 49 hours and i have only done 4 quest of the main quest i been looting and building more or less all 40+ hours and i have to say i like Fallout 4 yes the graphics can look like Skyrim at time and some times it looks better its up and downs and yes it have its bugs and Glitch wish you can check out on my homepage but beside all that i think Fallout 4 is a great game what im looking forward to is if someone make mods for the building system that would be great

I'm already over 40 hours in to the game have done little main missions but been building and scouting a lot so i am begynning to use mod like Textatur and graphic to make it look better.
