Is there a way to cripple my self via console and stay that way?

Sounds a bit complicated. If at all possible to cripple yourself via console i doubt this would be very viable w/o scripting etc to be 'flawless and persistant. My bet is that it needs the CK to be released. Not a bad idea though.

To begin with, you'd need a reason for the injury (if not randomly happening in combat). From when and why (important to some). If it's from start, ofcourse you could slowly worm your way through the vault, to Sanctuary, but where would the frame or armor be?... If it's a replayable and distributable mod, it needs alot of work.

Other things im concerned with is, what limb would be missing, how would ths impact say losing other limbs later on, would theese be permanent too? Would it be at all possible to heal them or how. Those things would need special scripted triggers too.

Reason im rambling on here is, this would be useful even without the goal you're after, but to simply make You-stepped-on a-landmine-now-suffer-the-consequences-til-you-can-fix-it" mod since this game is the dumbest Fallout to date, with no doctor bags, surgical needs to fix. I don't quite like the whole "Rub some dirt on it" way everything works now.

Because i want to make a char that need to stay in a power armor all the time to move fast

Click the walk/run button and never switch it back to run, and don't sprint? Not trying to sound like a jerk, I actually like the idea, but just to keep you from moving fast, it's already possible.

This sounds strangely like a show I used to watch called M.A.N.T.I.S. An except from the Wikiepdia article:

The wealthy, mild-mannered doctor Hawkins is shot in the spine during a riot, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down.

After losing a lawsuit against a police officer he holds responsible, he uses his company's resources to invent a powered exoskeleton that not only enables him to walk but gives him superhuman abilities.

Such a mod would allow roleplaying a character like this and it could be an interesting change of perspective. I would definitely think that it would involve an alternate start or alteration of what happens in the beginning, with the character somehow becoming crippled.

I haven't tried it yet, but I believe you should be able to use the console to permanently cripple yourself with player.forceav. The various body parts should, if they haven't changed since 3/NV, be PerceptionCondition (your head), EnduranceCondition (torso), LeftAttackCondition (left arm), RightAttackCondition (right arm), LeftMobilityCondition (left leg), and RightMobilityCondition (right leg). If you use player.forceav LeftMobilityCondition 0, for instance, that will set your left leg condition to 0. Not sure whether or not it will actually prevent Stimpaks from healing that.
