I'm flagged as essential

So, I'm stuck on the quest Condifence man, participated in the bar fight and punched the guys, later on went to that factory to kill them but couldnt because lel they were flagged as essential.

 

Now the real problem here is that I am also flagged as essential, someone else has the same problem and told me the same story, when I am supposed to die I freeze in place for a second, screen goes gray and then I get a full health bar.

 

Now, this wouldnt be so bad if I played on hard or something but I play on survival, I was supposed to die 5 times now, I even tested it on myself by placing mines on the ground and shooting them.

 

I tried tgm but that didnt help since it wasnt on, and the person with the same problem told me I'm flagged as important and the flag is now stuck on me because the quest is bugged (you cant die during the bar fight)

 

Is there anyway to fix this manually? Any console command?

You can try going into 3rd person, selecting yourself, and trying this on yourself

Either I'm doing it wrong, or it doesnt simply work.

 

I get the error Invalid actor base '00000014' for parameter Actor base

 

Also when I select myself theres [EP] behind the numbers above, I think that means Essential player but im not sure.

Try these variations (not sure if it will work):

1. select your character -> 'setessential 0'
2.'setessential player 0'
3.'player.setessential 0'

(all without the '...' -marks of course)
